| Visual Inspection
Check Engine Express will visually inspect the exterior body condition (scratches, dents, rust), the engine bay (belts, seal/gasket leaks, battery, vacuum lines, ect…), undercarriage (exhaust, suspension, transmission/differential leaks), tires, brakes, and interior condition (upholstery condition, switches/lights, etc...)

| Computer Diagnostic Analysis**
With our advanced engine diagnostic equipment, Check Engine Express has the ability to check dozens of electrical and vacuum sensors to make sure they are functioning properly. We will be able to tell if there are any current or even pending trouble codes, which could mean costly repairs are necessary or will be necessary in the near future.

| Interior Systems Inspection
Check Engine Express will check the vehicle’s interior systems to make sure everything is in working order. This includes HVAC, radio, speakers, power windows, door locks, cruise control (if applicable).

| Test Drive
Finally, our Technician will take the vehicle on a brief test drive to make sure the vehicle is operating properly under driving conditions. We will check to make sure the engine runs properly from idle through its operating range and check that the transmission shifts through all its gears, including reverse. We will test the braking system and feel for warped rotors. We will listen and feel for any unusual sounds or vibrations. If any are found we will make detailed notes on our inspection sheet.

Based on the condition of the vehicle, and information from leading sources, we’ll provide you with an estimated value of the vehicle.
